I work with clients between the ages of 15-60 who are invested in changing their current circumstances and ready to engage in the healing process. Clients who are open to change and looking to gain insight, clarity, and perspective are ideal. Together we will work to empower your mind, acknowledge your strengths, and restore your functionality.

Additionally, I work with individuals, groups, and couples with various needs. I provide a trauma-focused approach to clients who can benefit from it, but also offer an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each client. Furthermore, I have worked in vocational counseling for several years and can provide assistance with career exploration and guidance.
